Patrick Eldon is a seasoned entrepreneur, CEO, and venture partner who brings over two decades of leadership experience to his work coaching high-performing executives and founders. He is best known for his role as CEO of orderTalk Inc., where he led the Dallas-based SaaS company from early-stage startup through international expansion and ultimately to a successful acquisition by Uber in 2018. Under Patrick’s leadership, orderTalk scaled to process over $1 billion in annual transactions and became a recognized leader in digital ordering solutions for the restaurant industry.
From 2022 to 2024, Patrick was a Partner at CEO Coaching International, where he worked with global CEOs and founders to drive measurable business outcomes through strategic execution and leadership development. His time there sharpened his coaching approach and deepened his commitment to partnering with leaders who demand more from themselves, their teams, and their companies.
A skilled operator and dealmaker, Patrick has raised capital from both angel and venture investors, built and managed teams across three continents, and led high-stakes negotiations, including exits and strategic partnerships. Today, he continues to work at the intersection of innovation and growth as a venture partner at a VC firm, advising early and growth-stage companies on scaling strategies, product-market fit, and leadership development.
Patrick’s career began as a practicing attorney and law firm partner specializing in maritime law and complex commercial litigation. He served on the firm’s executive leadership committee and chaired its marketing strategy, sharpening his instincts for leadership, communication, and navigating high-pressure environments.
He is passionate about travel, fitness, and the arts, and actively supports the startup ecosystem as both an angel investor and mentor to founders. His coaching is grounded in real-world experience, and he works exclusively with leaders who are serious about growth, accountability, and transformative outcomes.
